ABOUT IBSAT:

IBS aptitude test is a management test which is conducted online by ICFAI Business School. Candidates who aspire to pursue MBA from any of the nine ICFAI IBS campuses, located at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune, take this test. Aspirant can also partake in full/part time PhD program at IBS Hyderabad campus. 

IBSAT is a 120 minute Computer based test (CBT), conducted once a year, with 140 MCQs for a candidate to answer to. The syllabus of IBSAT is broadly divided into five sections of:

1. Verbal ability
2. Quantitative techniques
3. Reading comprehension
4. Data interpretation and
5. Data adequacy   

ELIGIBILITY:

• To apply for IBSAT exam a candidate should attain the following eligibility criteria:
• A candidate should have a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• If a candidate is unable to cover the graduation in English medium criteria they need to submit the TOEFL/NELT/IELTS score.
• Candidates in their final year of bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for the exam.
• Candidates can apply for direct admission through their GMAT, CAT and NMAT by GMAC score.

ADMISSION PROCESS:

Application forms can be filled online on the official website.  Registration would be completed after paying the Application fee of ₹ 1800.

Admit card will be provided to the registered students which they can download from the official website.

IBSAT 2020 result will be announced on the official website. Based on the scores obtained by the candidates, they are called for the next rounds.

Short listed candidates are called for Group discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The candidates are evaluated by their optimistic look, leadership qualities and negotiation skills.    

IMPORTANT DATES:

IBSAT 2020 Counselling:

IBS Hyderabad will conduct IBSAT 2019 counselling. IBSAT 2019/CAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC qualifying candidates will be called to participate in the counselling procedure.

• Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks need to register themselves for urther process of selection.
• ICFAI B-School conducts the selection briefing like seminars, conducted to provide the right information and guidance to candidates, in some cities across the India
• After the selection briefing process IBSAT 2020 qualified candidates are called for GD and PI rounds.
• After announcement of the result candidates need to appear for GD and PI rounds.
• Authority conducting the GD and PI rounds, after completion of the rounds, will publish the merit list and cutoff.
• Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks will get the admission. ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad will conduct the selection process.

• Class 10th, 12th and Graduation’s self-attested copies of marks sheets.
• Class 10th, 12th and Graduation’s self-attested copies of passing certificates.
• PG passing certificate (if applicable)
